Spaulding Surplus typically offers a 14 day right of return for equipment received damaged or non-functional. However, Spaulding Surplus, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from buyer/operator negligence, or the improper use of its equipment, nor does it warrant their suitability for any specific application or project. The verification of product capability is the sole responsibility of the buyer. PO’s and purchases cancelled due to insufficient instrument capability, buyer’s remorse or loss of order are always subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. A complete evaluation is required for any instrument returned under warranty, and refunds are not issued until said evaluation has been completed by an ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab.
