The 53149A reduces the weight, volume and hassle of carrying multiple pieces of equipment in the field by combining these three instruments into one. Its rubber bumpers make it rugged and ready to withstand the elements. A soft carrying case option makes transit to the field easy and has a pouch for accessory storage. You will not have to worry about ac power availability at the site with the 53149A' battery option. Plus its LCD display with a switchable backlite saves on battery life.
For measurements used in microwave component and assembly testing, the compact, three-in-one 53149A reduces the need for expensive ATE rack space. The 53149A comes ATE-ready with both GPIB and RS-232 SCPI programmable interfaces. A rack mount kit is optional.
The 53149A has a frequency range of 46 GHz. The ultra-wideband microwave input covers from 50 MHz up to the maximum frequency. This reduces the need for channel switching. You don't have to wait for resolution that is not needed as the resolution is selectable from 1 Hz to 1 MHz. For better measurement accuracy over time and temperature, an optional oven timebase is available.
The 53149A true power meter provides laboratory instrument accuracy in a rugged, field-ready package. Obtain 0.01 dB resolution and 0.02 dB basic instrument accuracy where you need it most-on site. The graphical peaking meter allows you to make fast and easy power adjustments. For more flexibility, a wide range of power sensors is available (Keysight Technologies, Inc. 8480 Series*) with a power range from -70 dBm to +44 dBm.
A ± 50 Vdc DVM monitors the microwave receiver's AGC circuitry for assistance during antenna alignment. The DVM can also check the -48 Vdc power supplies typically found at telecom sites.
This unit is in excellent condition, has been fully tested and is guaranteed functional. It comes with a 30 day right of return should it not perform to your expectations. Please review pics and text carefully before bidding to verify accuracy of description. If you don't see it in the pictures, it is not included.

All instruments are professionally packed and shipped via UPS GROUND with full insurance. We typically ship within the continental US only (please no PO Boxes) unless other arrangements have been made with the buyer. International customers may provide their UPS, DHL or FedEx account for international shipments. Items will be shipped within 7 business days of payment.
All items sold on Ebay come with a standard 30 day right of return warranty from the date of receipt, unless otherwise specified in the auction details. Payment in full is required prior to shipment. Buyers are required to notify us immediately if an instrument arrives damaged, and must keep all boxes and packing materials in case a UPS damage inspection is necessary. An extended warranty of 30 days is available for all direct purchases from Spaulding Surplus, LLC and established customers purchasing directly may qualify for net 30 payment terms with PO required prior to shipment.

However, Spaulding Surplus, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from buyer/operator negligence, or the improper use of its equipment, nor does it warrant their suitability for any specific application or project. The verification of product capability is the sole responsibility of the buyer. PO’s and purchases cancelled due to insufficient instrument capability, buyer’s remorse or loss of order are always subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. A complete evaluation is required for any instrument returned under warranty, and refunds are not issued until said evaluation has been completed by an ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab.
