FLUKE TIR2FT-20 Thermal Imager with IR Fusion Technology - CALIBRATED!

You are bidding on a FLUKE TIR2FT-20 Thermal Imager with IR Fusion Technology. This unit is in pristine condition, was just calibrated in November 2012 and comes with a certificate of calibration, and all standard accessories.

This a lightly used, infrared camera purchased originally for $16,000. It has just been Factory re-furbished, and recalibrated at the Fluke factory center.

What is IR-Fusion Technology? Fluke IR-Fusion technology links a real-world visual image with a thermal image. It merges the two images into one, with the possibility to blend between the two images or create picture-in-picture combinations. Alarm limits can be superimposed over the visible light image to exactly pinpoint the components exceeding a specified temperature limit. Both the visual images and thermal images are available for use in reports. This speeds up documentation by reducing the need to look for individual images taken with a separate digital camera. The integrated laser pointer is also visible on the images, to aid in identification.

5 different on-camera as well as software viewing modes:

1. Full IR - Very high resolution for detecting the smallest temperature variations and is automatically linked to full visible light images.

2. Picture-in-picture - For creating an IR window surrounded by a visible light frame to easily identify thermal anomalies, while maintaining a frame of reference with surroundings.

3. Alpha Blending - For combining visible and infrared images together in any ratio to create a single image with enhanced detail that will help in precisely locating problems.

4. IR/Visible Alarm - For displaying only temperatures that fall above, below, or in between a specified range as IR image, leaving the rest of the scene as a fully visible light image.

5. Full Visible Light - A bright, detailed pixel-for-pixel reference image of subject areas for documentation and reporting

Infrared thermography, or thermal imaging, is a non-contact technology that measures infrared wavelengths to determine temperatures from a safe distance. This unit is in excellent condition, has been fully tested and is guaranteed functional. It comes w/ a 14 day right of return should it not perform to your expectations.
