All instruments are professionally packed and shipped via UPS GROUND with full insurance. We typically ship within the continental US only (please no PO Boxes) unless other arrangements have been made with the buyer. International customers may provide their UPS, DHL or FedEx account for international shipments. Items will be shipped within 7 business days of payment.

A complete evaluation is required for any instrument returned under warranty, and refunds are not issued until said evaluation has been completed by an ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab.
